Receive 2–3 formulation options including predicted encapsulation rate, stability profile, cost estimate, and sample delivery schedule.  

3. Sample Production

Production of 100–500 g pilot samples with preliminary test report (encapsulation efficiency, particle size, initial stability).  

4. Optimization & Finalization

Iterative adjustments based on your feedback until all KPIs are met — finalize parameters for scale-up.  

5. Scale-Up & Delivery

Commercial production under cGMP with a full documentation package (test reports, COA, batch records) and logistics support.
